🔥🔥Missing Person - Kahlani Hunter - Pasco County🔥🔥

Team WATE is in contact with Kahlani’s family and is assisting them in efforts to bring her home and we need the public's help.

Kahlani is 5'6" tall and weighs approximately 250 pounds. She lives in the Ryerson Circle area of Wesley Chapel, Florida, and may have last been in the area of the AMC movie theater at Highwoods Preserve, located at 18002 Highwoods Preserve Parkway, Tampa, FL 33647.

Kahlani goes by the nickname “Connie.” The clothing she was last wearing is currently unknown.

Kahlani went missing at approximately 11:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 29, 2026, and has been reported as a missing person to the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office. We believe she is traveling on foot or might have asked someone for a ride from the AMC movie complex. She loves to walk.

We are asking anyone who believes they have seen Kahlani to contact WATE Investigator Lane at 863-559-0707.

This afternoon, we received a call from the family of Faith Rice, who had been reported missing from Polk City, Fl. Just as our team reached her last known location, we got the great news from her Mom! Faith has reached out to her family, and she is safe and sound! 💖

UPDATE: David May
We want to share that David May has been located . Tampa Police have removed David as a missing person after contact was made with David during a vehicle stop in both Louisiana and Texas.

During these interactions, the police evaluated David and he was allowed to continue on his way.
David has since made visual contact with family and friends.

While we are aware that there are multiple social media posts from David’s account, we cannot confirm who’s posting.

A citizen in Lakeland reported the jeep was in his neighborhood. Lakeland Police went to the jeep and our investigator went to the jeep. The jeep has now been retrieved by family and is no longer in the equation.

We're reaching out to the community for help in locating David May, a 54-year old man who has gone missing under concerning circumstances and is facing mental health challenges.

Last Known Details:
- Arrested: Sunday, 8/16/26 for trespassing in downtown Tampa
- Released: Wednesday, 8/19/26 around 5 PM from Falkenburg Rd Jail, Tampa, Fl
Physical Description:
- Age: 54
- Gender: Male
- Height: 6’1”
- Weight: 200 lbs
- Hair: Bald
- Eyes: Hazel

During David's time in jail, suspicious activity occurred on his bank accounts, and someone was seen in his South Tampa home. We’re uncertain about the relationship between David and this individual.

⁉️David suffers from mental health issues and may be in a manic state. ⁉️

What a whirlwind of a day!

We kicked off with a mission to find a missing 98 year-old woman in Tampa. Just as the team was coming on the scene, a hotel staff member located her.

Then, it was a missing teen in Lakeland. One of our team members had a connection with the parents and quickly reached out to offer support and advice. Soon after, we were notified she had been located.

In addition to all this, we balanced birthday celebrations and home repairs, reminding us just how blessed we are to be able to connect and assist families.

Here's to a day filled with hope, community, and gratitude.

Heartbreaking Update 🥲UPDATE: The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office said the child’s body was recovered from a neighboring retention pond a few hours after he was reported missing.

HCSO is asking for the public's immediate help in locating a missing 5-year-old autistic child.

The child is a white male, approximately 3'11" with brown hair, and was last seen wearing a beige Spider-Man shirt, a diaper, and no pants.

The child was last seen at approximately 5:00 a.m. in the area of Cypress Mulch Circle and Northgreen Avenue. He is non-verbal, does not respond to his name, and is believed to have wandered away from his residence. The child may also have a broken electronic device with him.

If you see this child or know where he may be, call 911 immediately or contact the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office non-emergency line at (813) 247-8200.

🆘Bienvenido Gonzalez Torres🆘

We're reaching out to the community to help locate Bienvenido, a 60-year-old Hispanic man, who went missing on Friday, July 3, 2026. He was last seen leaving his home on foot around 5am in Haines City near Johnson Avenue and Power Line Road. Bienvenido recently moved to this area from Kissimmee.
- Height: 5'4"
- Weight: 150 lbs
- Last seen wearing: Red shirt, khaki pants, and black Adidas sandals.

Bienvenido has been diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. He is known to spend time in wooded areas and shopping complexes. Please note that he does not have a phone or any money.

❤️ JIMMY FRANTZ LOCATED SAFE ❤️

Jimmy Frantz had been missing since July 24, 2026. Team WATE was contacted by his family, who did not know where to turn for help.

Our team members spent several days searching for Jimmy, and today, Team WATE located him alive and safe. Thanks to the dedication of our incredible team members, Jimmy is going home tonight.

Thank you to everyone who supported the search, shared his information, and kept Jimmy and his family in your prayers.
