❤️❤️❤️ADOPTED❤️❤️❤️

🐾🖤 LIZ IS BREAKING OUR HEARTS. PLEASE HELP HER. 🖤🐾

Imagine having a home, a person to love, and a life you knew… only to lose it all through absolutely no fault of your own. 💔

Meet Liz. She's 5 years old, a beautiful black Lab, and she is absolutely miserable living in a shelter.

Liz lost her human due to health reasons. She didn't do anything wrong. She wasn't unwanted. Life simply changed, and suddenly, everything Liz knew and loved was gone.

And this poor girl is struggling. 💔

Liz misses having a human SO MUCH that she becomes terribly upset in the shelter. She gets so worked up that she actually bites her own tongue. That's how deeply this change has affected her.

But take Liz outside, give her a toy, show her some love, and you see the girl she really is! 🥹❤️

A playful, goofy, affectionate Lab who just wants to be somebody's dog again. She wants to chase toys, run through the grass, follow her person around, and know that when the day is over, she belongs somewhere.

Liz doesn't need a perfect home. She needs HER person.

At just 5 years old, she has so much life and love ahead of her. But every day behind shelter doors is another day she's missing the comfort and companionship she once knew.

🐾 PLEASE DON'T LET LIZ BECOME ANOTHER FORGOTTEN BLACK DOG IN A SHELTER.

Some dogs adjust to shelter life. Liz is telling us, in the only way she knows how, that she isn't one of them.

Please help us give this beautiful girl her life back.

🏡 Come meet Liz at Ark Animal Rescue & Adoption. Even if you can't adopt, PLEASE SHARE her story. Somewhere out there is the person who can make Liz's world right again.

🖤 She lost her home once. Let's make sure her next one is forever. 🐾

🖤🖤WE LOVE YOU, LIZ. You will too.
