Members of Power of 100-La Farge Cares may now submit nominations for our June 7th meeting. Nominations will be accepted until midnight on May 9th.

If you are interested in joining the Power of 100-La Farge Cares, now is a good time. Starting Friday, May 1st, we will start accepting nominations for a project/program/person to receive our June donations. Nominations will close on Saturday, May 9th. If we have more than 3 nominations, we will start the voting process on May 14th, and the last voting date will be May 21st.
As a member, you can be part of this process.

Today marks the third anniversary of Power of 100-La Farge Cares adding their first member. During the three years, we have donated $48,400 to local families and organizations and have achieved the goal of 100 members. Frank and I greatly appreciate all you do to help us keep it going. You are the best group of people!!!! Thanks!!!

Since the beginning of Power of 100–La Farge Cares in June 2023, we have given away $38,300. We meet twice a year. Each member donates $100 at each meeting. Most of our money has gone to people having medical issues and losing time from work. We have also given money to Sleep In Heavenly Peace and Vernon Hunger Solutions. 100% of the money donated is given away.
