UPDATE!

Good evening, everyone! Seems like we’ve had a bit of confusion about our upcoming Volunteer Appreciation Event. This event is open to the PUBLIC and we would love anyone and everyone to join us to celebrate our volunteers and local non-profit organizations.

La Center United is proud to announce that we will be holding our Annual Volunteer Appreciation event this year on Monday, June 15th, 2026, at 5:30pm. Located at the La Center Community Center.

The event will feature a passport for the participants to fill out with stamps from each non-profit at a table. Once a passport is filled out, participants will show our front table volunteer the complete passport, and will be given a ticket to enter into a raffle drawing.

Our event is open-house style, meaning you can show up anytime between 5:30pm and 7:00pm. There will be a maximum of 10 non-profit organizations tabled at our event and periodical volunteer recognitions throughout the evening.

Thank you for all the hard work people are doing for our little community! We can see change happening and we’re excited for a new year!
