Sometimes following Jesus is not vague. Sometimes the instructions are clear: welcome people, offer care, pay attention, and do the small faithful thing in front of you.

This Sunday at New Life UMC, we’ll be in Matthew 10:40-42 for a message called “Clear Instructions.” Jesus talks about welcome, hospitality, and even something as simple as offering “a cup of cold water” in his name.

Faith does not always have to look dramatic to matter. Sometimes it looks like kindness. Sometimes it looks like showing up. Sometimes it looks like making room for someone else.

New Life UMC Food Pantry will be open this Tuesday for our neighbors who could use a little extra support.

We will have free groceries available, including fresh bread and hamburger meat while supplies last. Each household may receive two grocery bags.

We are also opening up our clothing closet this week. Clothing items will be available for free to anyone who needs them.

No judgment. No pressure. Just neighbors helping neighbors.

New Life UMC is hosting a Community Rummage Sale!

June 18–20
9 AM–1 PM

This is a donation-based, pay-what-you-can rummage sale. Come shop for clothing, household items, kitchen items, books, toys, small furniture, hygiene items, nonperishable food, and more.

All proceeds will support community outreach through New Life UMC as we continue serving neighbors and families in our area.

Joy is not always loud. Sometimes it is steady. Sometimes it is chosen. Sometimes it rises slowly after a long week.

This Sunday at New Life UMC, we’ll be in Psalm 100 for a message called “Jubilate Deo.” The psalm begins, “Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands.” It invites us into worship, gratitude, gladness, and the kind of joy that does not depend on everything being perfect.

Popsicle Fridays are coming to New Life UMC!

Beginning Friday, June 5, stop by the pavilion from 1:00 to 3:00 PM for a cold popsicle, a friendly smile, and a simple way to connect with neighbors.
