On May 7, State Vice President Abigail Okes had the honor of attending the Shady Spring FFA Banquet. The evening was filled with speeches from Commissioner of Agriculture Kent Leonhardt and State Executive Director of the USDA Farm Service Agency Keith Richmond, as well as celebrations of the achievements and accomplishments of Shady Spring FFA members. It was a privilege to recognize the hard work, dedication, and leadership displayed throughout the chapter and to celebrate another successful year in agricultural education.

Thank you to the Surveyor FFA Chapter for the invitation and the opportunity to celebrate the accomplishments of your members. It was a pleasure to recognize the hard work, leadership, and dedication that make your chapter successful.

Join us in congratulating our very own Miyah Swiger as she prepares to represent our association at the national level! Miyah has poured into the West Virginia FFA Association immensely over her past two years serving as a state officer. She leads with her heart, always carrying her love for the blue jacket with her.
