We’re honored to receive a generous grant from The Helen F. Stolier and Louis Stolier Family Foundation to provide transition toolkits for children moving from foster care into their adoptive, forever families.

Each kit offers comfort, healing, and a sense of safety during one of the biggest moments of a child’s life. Kits will contain items like stuffed animals and blankets for comfort, children’s books, “Mad Bags” and “Sad Bags” for emotional expression, and indoor play tents that create a sense of personal space and safety.
