Update!!! 10/29/26 We have the jacket and keys!!! Thank you to everyone who shared our post💕. Our volunteer is very grateful 💕

If you were at the Closet today and picked up a black quilted jacket.....please check the pockets for a set of keys. If you have the keys, please let us know or stop by and drop them through the mail slot at the bottom of our door. Our volunteer doesn't care about the jacket as much as she does her keys. Thank you!!!

September 15 has been designated as National Clothing Insecurity Day by Note in the Pocket, a North Carolina non-profit addressing clothing insecurity by providing quality clothing to children and their families with dignity and love.

As clothing insecurity grows, Note in the Pocket works with organizations across the country to raise awareness and strengthen the collective response to this often over-looked need.

A national virtual forum on clothing insecurity, moderated by CNN’s Erica Hill, will take place today, Tuesday Sept. 15 at noon ET via Zoom
