And starting TODAY, October 1 through December 31, YOU can vote for Aloha Diaper Bank and help direct Target funds to support our work providing diapers and essential baby supplies to families across Hawaiʻi. 🍼🌺

🌺Throwback Thursday to last Saturday’s drive-by distribution on Kauaʻi! 🚗💗

Our Kauaʻi Hub joined some wonderful organizations to support families affected by Hurricane Lowell. Alongside groups sharing food, clothing, and other essentials, we distributed diapers, formula, wipes, and toddler snacks provided by Baby2Baby. 🍼🧷

🌺🙏Thankful Tuesday🙏🌺Big mahalo to Hawaiʻi Community Foundation Stronger Hawaiʻi Initiative for awarding Aloha Diaper Bank a $10,000 grant to support Kauaʻi families affected by Hurricane Lowell. 💗

This support will help us get diapers, wipes, pull-ups, and other essentials to families through our community distribution network. We’re grateful to everyone working together to care for Kauaʻi as families recover. Mahalo for standing with them. 🌺

Kōkua for Kauaʻi families 💗

We are deeply grateful to Baby2Baby for sending diapers, wipes, snacks, and formula to support families affected by Hurricane Lowell. Baby2Baby has been at the forefront of responding to the multiple storms and hurricanes that have impacted Hawaiʻi, and we are honored to partner with them in providing critical supplies to families during times of need.

As Hurricane Nolo approaches the islands this weekend, Aloha Diaper Bank wants to make sure families with little ones know where to turn if they need help.

If your family needs other essential items before the storm arrives, please contact our community partner ParentLine Hawaiʻi at 808-452-1832. They can help connect families with available resources.

Another shipment is on its way to Kauaʻi! 💛📦

It’s been a busy two weeks getting essential diaper supplies to families impacted by Hurricane Lowell.

Last week, we distributed more than 10,000 diapers, and this week another 10,000 diapers are heading to Kauaʻi.

Our Kauaʻi Hub continues reaching families across the island, and we’re working with KEMA to get needed supplies to the North Shore, including adult incontinence supplies for Hanalei.

Recovery doesn’t end when the storm passes. We’ll continue showing up for Kauaʻi families for as long as help is needed. 💛

Kauaʻi strong. Together in aloha. 🌺

💗 DIAPER NEED AWARENESS WEEK | DAY 1

Today we’re shining a spotlight on Kino of Fun-da-Mento Kuleana, who manages our Kauaʻi Diaper Bank Hub. 🌺

Kino helps us reach families in rural and hard-to-reach communities across Kauaʻi, bringing diapers and essential support directly to those who need it most.

Her compassion and determination to help families facing diaper need, food insecurity, and houselessness are at the heart of everything she does.

We are incredibly grateful for Kino, her husband Chad, and our partnership with Fun-da-Mento Kuleana. Together, we are reaching families who might otherwise be difficult to reach.

This is community. This is partnership. This is aloha in action. 💗

🌺 WHEN OUR ʻOHANA NEEDS US 🌺

Some friends show up again and again.

Our hearts are filled with gratitude to the Hazel Jansen Foundation for an incredibly generous $2,500 donation to help families with young children on Kauaʻi affected by Hurricane Lowell. 💗

This isn’t the first time the Hazel Jansen Foundation has stepped forward for Kauaʻi. During the COVID-19 pandemic, when families were facing tremendous uncertainty, the Foundation donated thousands of diapers, wipes and pull-ups to help us care for our keiki.

And now, during another difficult time for Kauaʻi families, they have stepped forward once again.

That is what makes this gift so meaningful to us. It represents a relationship built on compassion, generosity and a shared commitment to caring for families in our island communities.

We are incredibly grateful to consider the Hazel Jansen Foundation part of our Aloha Diaper Bank ʻohana. 🌺

Their generous gift will help provide diapers and essential supplies to families affected by Hurricane Lowell, bringing a little comfort and stability at a time when it is needed most.
