JULY 🗓️📍🌍
The Director of NIL & Development at UH, Hunter Niswander spoke at our North Shore Huddle this month. Hunter Niswander

This is our most unique summer Huddle! Our North Shore Area Rep, Avery planned these Huddles at Shark’s Cove around pickup basketball & burgers! It is such a creative way to encourage community to get together & share the Gospel of Jesus! Avery Stuever

Due to the tropical storm, this Huddle moved indoors & actually played dodgeball!

Hunter spoke on John 3:30 “He must increase, but I must decrease.” He shared his testimony of: starting an FCA at his high school, playing college football at Northwestern University & being a Huddle leader, & playing in the NFL for the Cowboys.

Hunter shared that God has always sustained him in the valleys & mountaintops of life. He encouraged the Huddle to seek Jesus daily by spending time reading the Bible & to do all things for His glory.

“No matter what you face in your life- trust God has a plan for your life.” -Hunter

JULY 🗓️📍🌍

Wave girls flag football club competed in Hilo on the Big Island this month!

We wanted to give a huge shout out to Mayah Okimoto #21 (daughter of Coach Randall Okimoto; our Kalihi Valley Area Rep) who prayed for the wave club team before their game on 7/11! Randall Okimoto

Coach Randall led a team Huddle on having a culture of honor, encouraging his team to be humble, honest, & hungry.

Their awesome time on the Big Island concluded with going to church together & seeing the glory of God’s creation at the Kīlauea volcano.

Please be praying that God will continue to grow Mayah & her team’s faith.

“I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth.” -3 John 4:4
