Tigger is back in foster and has been relishing the change in scenery. He has a ton of energy and has been non-stop playing since got back. Since he is still a kitten,Tigger would love a family that will provide him with lots of toys and interactive play, and perhaps a playmate that loves to wrestle and tumble.
