Justin Heritage Foundation is getting ready for tonight’s (Tuesday, October 13) Sips & Smut-O Bingo. Again, it is a sell-out – We say THANK YOU to everyone who bought tickets. You are helping Justin Heritage Foundation raise funds for a much-needed new roof for the Gaston House. Our mission is to renovate the Gaston House to be a community facility for the citizens of Justin and surrounding areas.

Tonight an “extra” fun time has been added. Don’t forget to dress up – extra books will be given for “BEST COSTUME.” Looking forward to seeing everyone. As always, it will be an evening of FUN FUNDRAISING!

Here are photos of the FUN time from last month’s bingo night. There were “special themed cocktails/mocktails” to enjoy. Camree’s Pop Shop donated a gift of delicious cake pops as a prize to be won. Again we had some tie-winners of bingo and held competitions of “Paper-Rock-Scissors” to determine the winner.

Be on the lookout for when tickets go on sale for the next Sips & Smut-O Bingo.

I do know it’s sold out, but if you are an attendee I will be giving out some extra books for the best dressed ❤️❤️❤️

The Gaston House is ready for Halloween.

10/09/2026

On Tuesday Night, October 6, Justin Heritage Foundation participated in National Night Out. Gave information about our mission to save the Gaston House to be a facility for the community and our current project to raise funds for the much-needed new roof. Fun was had seeing the young ones and giving them cute Halloween theme notepads and pencils. A great evening with the Justin Community.

One year ago today Justin Heritage Foundation became the owner of the historic Gaston House through the partnership of the City of Justin!

We have made great strides in this year. The foundation was repaired in February. In May we held a “Paint As High As You Can Reach Party” to put paint on the exterior wood to protect it from the elements and to give the farmhouse a pleasing look. The “Paint Party" was successful with the generous sponsorships and donations of local companies and the hours of scraping off the old paint and placing the primer and paint on the wood by JHF Members and Justin citizens.

Much more work is needed to turn the Gaston House into a community facility for the citizens of Justin. Our current project is to raise funds for the much-needed new roof. It will take all of our continued efforts to reach our goal to save this piece of Justin’s history.

To the Justin citizens and local businesses that have supported Justin Heritage Foundation’s mission by donations, sponsorships, attending and contributing to our fundraisers, and volunteering we say THANK YOU and your continued support will be greatly appreciated. We hope that you take pride in knowing you have played a big part in our mission to save the Gaston House.

PLEASE JOIN JUSTIN HERITAGE FOUNDATION AS WE CELEBRATE OUR ONE-YEAR ANNIVERSARY OF OWNERSHIP OF THE GASTON HOUSE!
