Miracle League of Jonesboro, AR Location is Southside Softball Complex off Caraway Rd, adjacent to the Jonesboro Human Development center. Miracle League is a league for special needs kids.

The field is designed for children and adults with special needs. They will be able to play softball and basketball on this surface. It is specially made so it can accommodate wheelchairs and walkers. Jonesboro is also building a playground. Also with the miracle league there is a buddy system where people are ask to volunteer to be a buddy to a special needs person during an event. Go google mira

What we can do is provide them with an opportunity to experience the joy and benefits that come from playing our national pastime-baseball. Players with special needs, autism, downs syndrome, MD, CP, etc. The player does not have to be in a wheel chair or walker. Every body plays, every body scores and everybody wins with this wonderful program.

Our kickball teams! Greyhounds and Eagles will play at 9:00 a.m. on June 13, June 20, and June 27. Hornets and Wildcats will play at 10:00 a.m. on June 13, June 20, and June 27. All games will be held at Miracle League Park. Players can wear any shirt that’s their team color to the games. Team colors are: greyhounds - yellow, eagles - blue, hornets - black, wildcats - red. If anyone didn’t get to sign up but would like to play please message me!

We had the BEST spring season celebration out at the park today! Fun was had by all! Awards were given, games were played, and food was eaten! Thank you so much to Wild Ones' Ranch for coming out and volunteering your time and services! Next up: kickball!

We have had someone reach out and we will have a petting zoo with a baby kangaroo this Saturday! We will also still have games and prizes! We are so thankful and excited! Thank you Wild Ones' Ranch! Adults can arrive at 10:30 instead of 11! Children will still arrive at 10:00.

Hope to see everyone at our end of season celebration! We will have a petting zoo with baby kangaroo, hot dogs, drinks, snow cones, and cake as well as carnival games set up with prizes! It will be so much fun and I hope you are all able to join us! Players will also receive their awards. Children can arrive at 10 and adults can arrive at 10:30.

The end of season celebration will be next Saturday June 6th instead of this Saturday due to weather. Time will remain children at 10 and adults at 11.

Don’t forget about our season celebration this Saturday at Miracle League Field! The kids teams will start at 10 and the adults will begin at 11. We will have hot dogs, a petting zoo, and awards ceremony. We are so excited and hope everyone is able to make it!
