Otis was born at Marshall BioResources, one of the world’s largest breeders of animals for laboratory research.

Marshall supplies dogs, pigs, ferrets, cats, and other animals to pharmaceutical companies, universities, government agencies, and research laboratories, where they are used in toxicity testing, drug development, medical research, and other experiments.

Otis survived that system. Most animals never leave it.

Chewy listened and cut ties with Marshall’s consumer products. Now we’re asking Petco and PetSmart to do the same.

Every purchase sends a message. Every voice matters.
