Westmont Family Counseling Ministries was founded in October of 1988 as a mission outreach program of the Westmont Presbyterian Church. After more than 26 years, the program has grown to provide over 3,000 counseling hours per year to people throughout Cambria, Somerset, Bedford and Westmoreland Counties and beyond.

Dress in layers and get outside….curl up with a good book….organize your desk or a closet….reach out to someone with a card or call or visit….calculate your screen time and Unplug to use that time for a craft project or hobby or a massage….take care of your health by eating healthy, getting exercise, and scheduling a check up…🍂🍁
