In regards to the backpack/bag policy...
Smaller bags, purses, diaper bags, medically necessary, etc are permitted. The restriction is in reference to large backpacks that would not be needed for an "evening out." This is the same restriction that is in place by many stores and businesses.

All bags however, are subject to inspection, just the same as at any public venue such as a concert, sporting event, etc.

This rule is intended to ensure the safety of everyone in attendance.
