Can bloating or an uncomfortable feeling of fullness be a sign of ovarian cancer?

It's normal to experience occasional bloating, especially after eating certain foods or around your menstrual period. But persistent bloating that doesn't go away can be a common symptom of ovarian cancer.

Bloating associated with ovarian cancer may cause visible swelling in the abdomen. Your belly may feel unusually full, puffy, or firm. Other symptoms, such as unexplained weight loss, may also occur.
Pay attention to changes in your body that feel different from your normal. If something feels like a "new normal" and doesn't go away, talk to your healthcare provider.
