"Overall, staff and caregivers are polite, friendly, welcoming, and they seem to enjoy working with each other. I think they see the unique, positive traits in each resident, which motivates them even more to help and support each person. What a beautiful day we had yesterday at our Move-A-Thon!

We were joined by volunteers, residents, family members, and our special guest, CRASH from the Whitecaps. There were high fives, marching, limbo, bubbles, and lots of different equipment to help keep everyone moving around our track.

Following a spring season of leadership transitions, we have finally completed our 2025 Annual Report! We are thrilled to share this lookback on last year's accomplishments. We’re excited to come together for this fun event that helps support our participants and our programs here at Harbor House Ministries. Thankful Thursday: Harbor House Ministries is blessed to have a prayer request box available in every break room for anyone who would like to use them. You can fill out a prayer request card called “ Tipping the prayer bowls of heaven“ - and then they place it in the lock box on the wall. The HHM prayer ministry team is here to walk alongside each and every employee through every season. We want them to know: you are not stuck. God is faithful, he loves you deeply, and he celebrates you! Each week, the prayer team gathers to pray over our campus and lift up the special requests that have been shared. Summer officially starts now! ☀️🏕️ We turned our backyard into the ultimate campsite with s'mores, kayaking, fishing, co****le, lawn-chair "campfire" chats, and tent time. So many memories made without ever leaving home. What a great way to kick off a season full of fun and adventure! ❤️🔥🌲

Thankful Thursday: today we celebrate the incredible volunteers of Harbor House Ministries. They help make life abundantly lived by giving the greatest gift of all -their time. Whether it’s going on outings, reading a book, doing crafts, decorating the campus, or assisting with special day program events, each volunteer makes a huge impact on the lives of those who call Harbor House home. We are especially grateful for the amazing youth groups that faithfully commit their time and energy to us. You are truly an extension of the Harbor House family, and we appreciate all you do. We also want to recognize the members of our Board of Directors, who generously volunteer their time, expertise, and passion. Their leadership and dedication are the backbone of our success, and we are very fortunate to have them guiding our mission.
