Beaches Emergency Assistance Ministry (BEAM) is a community-based organization dedicated to supporting low-income residents who live or work in the Jacksonville Beaches communities. We provide emergency financial assistance for rent and utilities, food assistance, help with SNAP and Medicaid applications, and targeted programs designed to empower single mothers and seniors. Service Area: We serve

🌱 The Giving Garden at Mayport Coastal Sciences Middle School is thriving! 52 pounds of fresh produce was just harvested and delivered to our Mayport Food Pantry to help nourish neighbors in need. 🥬🍅💙

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, BEAM collected over 14,000 pounds of food during this month's Letter Carriers' Food Drive! 🥫💙

A huge shoutout to our BEAM Food Bank staff and the wonderful volunteers from Naval Hospital Jacksonville who assisted on the day of the event, and, of course, our USPS letter carriers!

For Judi, those visits led to something life-changing: a mobility scooter that gave her the freedom to move, reconnect, and feel part of her community again. ✨
