When I say we have big dreams this year, they are real big. 🫣It would require a few things to make it happen. ☑️

🌼Hor d’ourvres, shopping, cocktails, flowers and only the girls will be there! 🛍️

All to support teen moms between the ages of 13-23 right here in Jackson Tn. With more than 40 young girls in the program, there is a huge need for community, mentorship, friendship and stability. Jackson, TN YoungLives and Jennifer McCormick Wilson does that. Let’s help hold them up!💪

We are planning Girls Night Out 2027 💃and we need your help! 🤝This community was incredible and made our first year a huge success! We raised over $40,000 the very first year to support YoungLives a nonprofit that ministers to young moms ages 13-23. The Lord blessed those funds in a big way!! we saw several come to faith at camp, others grew in their relationship with the Lord and of course hundreds of hours were poured into these young moms. We were also able to purchase thousands of diapers, meals and more.

💗This year it’s our hope to expand our sponsor list so that we can hire more help to manage the more than 80 volunteers ministering to more than 40 young moms.

🍕Just in the last 24 hours alone young moms have reached out with needs having no food, no gas, no transportation. We know there are many who want to help but managing each volunteer is a full-time job all by itself.

🙋‍♂️YoungLives is looking for a man to lead our young dads ministry. We have young fathers faithfully showing up, and we have men who are willing to mentor them. What we’re missing is someone with the capacity to lead, organize, and help our volunteers thrive.💪
Jen Wilson, the director for YoungLives will provide support and guidance, but I need a point person who can give this ministry the attention it deserves. I truly believe that sharing the Gospel with these young men has the potential to change families for generations.

✅Age, race, or even being a father yourself are not the most important qualifications. Here’s what does matter:
⬇️
Loves Jesus and wants others to know Him.
Is a mature believer who is actively involved in a local church.
Can attend two Thursday evenings each month during the school year.
Has the capacity to invest about 3 hours a week on off weeks and about 6 hours on meeting weeks (only the Thursday evenings are scheduled; the rest is flexible).
Is compassionate, dependable, and not discouraged by difficult stories or rejection.

Hello friends and partners!
We've been busy this Spring with YoungLives Ministry. We look a fantastic group of moms to Colorado for 5 days and had amazing adventure and fellowship! Most importantly we spent a lot of time talking about what life following Jesus looks like. What a joy it was.
Ministry is busy in Jackson, too. We have met several new moms and are meeting often for Club and Bible Study. We know almost 50 moms in Jackson now!

We are gearing up for Summer Camp, which was our emphasis at the Girls Night Out, and for the first time in 7 years we don't have to worry abut how we are going to pay for this, thanks to your generosity. What an incredible gift!

There's an opportunity to help us finish our year strong, with our year end event.
Each May we wrap up our year by celebrating every mom that we serve and what they have accomplished this year. It's a wonderful night of celebrating accomplishments and spiritual growth. We provide a dinner for our moms and their children, and could use a few volunteers to come alongside us to help provide a menu item. I’m including the menu for below.

**We will need a few people to serve the food also, if you would like to help with this, please list that in the comments below as well.
