🙋‍♂️YoungLives is looking for a man to lead our young dads ministry. We have young fathers faithfully showing up, and we have men who are willing to mentor them. What we’re missing is someone with the capacity to lead, organize, and help our volunteers thrive.💪
Jen Wilson, the director for YoungLives will provide support and guidance, but I need a point person who can give this ministry the attention it deserves. I truly believe that sharing the Gospel with these young men has the potential to change families for generations.
✅Age, race, or even being a father yourself are not the most important qualifications. Here’s what does matter:

Loves Jesus and wants others to know Him.
Is a mature believer who is actively involved in a local church.
Can attend two Thursday evenings each month during the school year.
Has the capacity to invest about 3 hours a week on off weeks and about 6 hours on meeting weeks (only the Thursday evenings are scheduled; the rest is flexible).
Is compassionate, dependable, and not discouraged by difficult stories or rejection.
