Reminder no 988 group tonight.

Freedom is worth celebrating, and so is the ongoing work of making sure everyone truly has access to it.

On Juneteenth, we honor the history, the resilience, and the community that carried that fight forward. 🖤❤️💚 Everyone deserves access to healing and a space that sees them fully. Happy Juneteenth from WDRCC. You belong here.

🌈 Pride at the Park 2026 was an incredible day…We enjoyed being set up this past Sunday!

We had the opportunity to connect with so many amazing people, share resources, have meaningful conversations, and remind others that they are not alone. We are grateful for everyone who stopped by our booth, shared their experiences, asked questions, or simply said hello.

Events like this are a powerful reminder that community, connection, and support can make a real difference. Thank you to everyone who helped make today so special. We are honored to stand alongside you and continue working toward a world where everyone feels seen, valued, and supported. 🫶🏻🌈💚

Music of the Minds was such a meaningful evening.

We made some great connections, received generous donations, and were truly honored by the many people who stopped by to share their stories of loss, hope, recovery, and resilience with us. Every conversation was a reminder of why this work matters.

Thank you to everyone who visited our table, supported our mission, and trusted us with a piece of your story.

🎣 Another successful Teen Group in the books this past Friday!

Our teens spent the evening fishing, learning new skills, enjoying the outdoors, and connecting with one another. Best of all, each teen was able to take home a fishing pole, tackle box, and magazines filled with tips and information to help them continue growing in their fishing journey.

A huge THANK YOU to Adam for leading the group and providing materials, and to TightlinesUV Lure Company for generously donating $100 worth of supplies to support our teens!

We are incredibly grateful for community members and businesses who invest in our youth and help create opportunities for connection, learning, and positive experiences.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this event possible! 🎣💙💚

June is PTSD Awareness Month.

Not all scars are visible.

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) can affect anyone—veterans, first responders, survivors of abuse, accidents, violence, natural disasters, loss, and other traumatic experiences. While the wounds may not be seen on the outside, they are very real.

PTSD can show up as:
▪️ Anxiety or panic
▪️ Flashbacks or nightmares
▪️ Difficulty sleeping
▪️ Avoiding people, places, or situations
▪️ Feeling constantly on edge
▪️ Depression or emotional numbness

Healing is possible, and no one should have to face it alone.

At SEMO SP, we want to remind our community that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Whether you’re struggling yourself or supporting someone you love, compassion and understanding can make a difference.

If you or someone you know is struggling, reach out. Help is available.

📞 Call or text 988 for immediate support.
