Safe Harbor Thrift Store Safe Harbor Thrift Store is a volunteer-run thrift store. It supports Safe Harbor Animal Sanctuary, a no-kill, non-profit animal shelter in Southeast Missouri.

Gently used items are brought in as donations, priced, then put out for sale.
