I just wanted to take a moment to thank all of you who donated, shared, and prayed with us for Sweet Cupid π
But sadly I have devastating news I am still trying to process myself... what we thought was an injury turned out to be cancer in her jaw...she couldn't even close her mouth, much less eat...
This very sweet lovely girl was obviously someone pet...
Thrown out like trash when she needed her family the most π
I fell in love, I held her, kissed her, and told her she was the most beautiful girl in the world as she left her body behind...
then came the tears...and the 5am drive home...just 9 hours of rescue...
But finding out so many of you loved, prayed, donated, shared, and where there in spirit it what keeps me going...
so much love in such a cruel world...
I also need to extend a huge thank you we are forever in your debt praise to Habitat for Cats NY for sharing her while I was in route to Cornell, while every other rescue wouldn't answer or were full...we are too but still had to do something...and to Jocelyn Mills , the one who reached out for help while neighbors just turned a blind eye, she was loved...so very loved π
Fly high Sweet Cupid, we meet again...
