Wyoming artist Tom Ford has opened a second Rozet Raven Studio in his wife’s hometown of Glen Elder, a connection that started when the two met while working on the TV show Yellowstone. Stop in to see his bronze sculptures, photography and one-of-a-kind antler art.

🍦🥖 NEW Online Guidebook Listing - Southside Creamery & Deli in Peabody, Marion County.

Housed inside the restored 1884 Peabody Bank Building, Southside Creamery and Deli serves up hot sandwiches and cool ice cream treats. With 24 flavors of Ashby's ice cream, and two flavors of soft serve, you're sure to find a favorite right away. A passion project of retired local schoolteacher Ann Leppke, every inch of the restoration has been her vision.

Several months ago Lindsey and I talked about my idea for a large painting or paintings for the shop. I wanted something 'Kansas' but didn't want a wheat field and a windmill. Since I'm a wildflower girl, I decided on a Kansas prairie scene with lots of my wildflower favorites. I showed Lindsey some of my inspiration photos and just told her to go for it. Today she brought in the finished project. I couldn't be any happier with the way they turned out and how perfectly they fill the space. You need to see it in person....WOW! I think she did an amazing job! Thank you Lindsey!!"

🕵️‍♂️ 🏛️ Friday Find: The Norton County Courthouse in Norton which will host the Big Kansas Road Trip the weekend of April 30-May1, 2027! Mark your calendars now to explore with us in northwest Kansas next spring.

A little more about the Norton County Courthouse - This 1929 Modern Eclecticism structure stands out in brown brick and contrasting light stone trim. Inside, sunflower medallions surround the historic courtroom beneath its barrel-vaulted ceiling. A "Justice Enthroned" mural hangs behind the judge's bench.
