IRBHome All are welcome to join! 🏝️✨ Indian Rocks Beach Homeowners Association, founded in 1970, is a 501(c)(4) non-profit corporation to promote community unity.

We are a local 501(c)3 non-profit whose goal is to promote community connection & give back through volunteer opportunities, monthly socials, & events/fundraisers throughout the year in Indian Rocks Beach. We do that by providing opportunities for residents and local businesses to meet and get better acquainted in a friendly and informal manner at adult and family social events throughout the year. All proceeds generated by our major annual events help fund worthwhile projects and causes that directly benefit our city.

🎉🎂 Please join me in wishing one of our amazing Vice President, Chris Everett a very Happy Birthday!

Chris is not only an outstanding Realtor in our community, but also an incredible leader for our executive board.

If there’s one thing Chris is known for, it’s being our Sponsorship Champion! Securing sponsorships is one of the toughest and most important jobs behind the scenes, and he steps up to the challenge! He works to secure the sponsors who make our events possible and, just as importantly, ensures they receive the recognition they deserve for supporting IRB Home and our mission of giving back to our community! ❤️

If you participated in putt putt, you probably saw Chris tallying up the scores! ⛳ But what you may not have seen was the role he played behind the scenes to help make that event a success, too!

Chris is one of those people who doesn’t just talk about making a difference — he rolls up his sleeves and makes it happen. We are fortunate to have you in the leadership role and are grateful for the time, energy, and heart you put into everything you do.

A quick bonus shout out for Goin' Coastal Beach Shop & Rentals for waiving the cost for our team use a golf cart to keep things flowing smoothly this weekend!

Owners Danny & Denise go above and beyond in all they do and are always ready to lend a helping hand when they can. 🤝

We appreciate them making such a fun “Margaritaville” hole for the event and arranging for drinks to be served as well.🍻

Life doesn’t stop around events and these two have juggled a lot this past year. They still do it all with a smile and gratitude to get to be here and give back! 🙏🏼❤️

We’ve been incredibly busy planning for our tournament, but it’s not too late to wish a very Happy Birthday week to one of our amazing board members, Cris Plumlee! 🎉🎂

Cris celebrated her birthday last week, and in true Plumlee fashion, she’s still celebrating! 🥂✨

Cris has not only served on our board for many years, but she also consistently supports IRB Home through Plumlee Vacations and Plumlee Realty’s generous sponsorships, helping ensure that our events can happen and continue to be successful.

It’s people like Cris who make so much of what we do possible. ❤️
