Yesterday’s Community Clean Up was another great success! Thank you to all that participated. Thanks once again to IHFR for picking up the cost of the slash roll-offs, this allowed residents to dispose of slash for free! And thanks to this year’s event volunteers! 2026 Community Clean Up

It’s that time again! Along with the free road side chipping, IHFR is again providing two roll-offs for slash collection at the IHIA Annual Clean-up to Indian Hills Residents only. Thank You IHFR! This is an ideal way to get rid of those pine needles and cones and it’s free! Of course, donations are always welcome! The rates for the regular part of the Annual Community Clean-up are as follows: CARS-$50 / Vans & Suv’s-$60 / Small Trucks-$75 / Full Size Trucks-$90 / Single Axle Trailer-$90 / Double Axle Trailer-$125 PER ITEM RATES: Mattress-Box Spring-$35 ea./ Sofa-Furniture-$60 / Tires (Up To 22”)-$12 / Small Appliance-$20 / Large Appliance-$40
