When your spouse’s heart feels hard, hope can feel distant. Marriage is difficult because two sinners are joined together, and conflict is inevitable. But your hope was never meant to rest in your marriage—it rests in Christ.

Respond with long-suffering love, remembering the mercy God has shown you in Christ (Rom. 5:8). Pray faithfully—not only for your spouse to change, but for God to shape your heart through the trial (Rom. 5:1–5). Speak the truth in love, avoiding both silence and harshness (Eph. 4:15), and seek wise, godly help when needed (Matt. 18).

In the book Redeeming S*x in Marriage, Scott Mehl offers a profound and practical guide for married couples seeking to understand the divine purpose of s*x within a framework. The book is both deeply theological and richly practical, aiming to empower couples to embrace God’s design for *x as a means of covenantal union, mutual pleasure, marital love, procreation, and a reflection of our relationship with Christ. A ministry of the Word; to speak and apply the Gospel in love to people struggling with sin or suffering so that we grow in our Christlikeness. Discipleship consisting of one-on-one counsel to provide a biblical framework of sin, suffering, and conflict.

Who is this for?
All Christians. You do not need any prior training required for this class.

Our curriculum is challenging but accessible for most Christians. It will require weekly participation in classes, required reading, several papers, and participation in Biblical Counseling. It consists of: Basics of Biblical Counseling, of Biblical Counseling, Biblical Counseling , and Practice, and Frequent Issues in . Our desire is that you would not only learn how to minister to others but would grow in your love for and love of people.
