North Shore Holiday House

North Shore Holiday House HOLIDAY HOUSE is a traditional sleep-away camp. Our campers enjoy a wide range of activities such as swimming, arts and crafts, sports and dance.

We teach them important life skills such as money management nutrition, healthy lifestyles and self-care. Since 1914, thousands of women have dedicated their time, knowledge and hearts to provide camp for over 20,000 young girls in need. A safe haven for many of them coming from challenging circumstances. A magical summer. Our board is entirely run by volunteers, with all proceeds going directly t

o run the camp! Our two major fundraisers are an Spring Benefit and our Holiday House Tour in December. And we're proud and grateful for many supporters who hosted fundraisers with Holiday House being grateful recipient, such as Hockey Helps and the Ge**er Foundation. We also operate a thrift shop to support our camp, open from September through June.

As we wrap up our first session of Summer 2026, we’re looking back at just a few of the moments that made these past two weeks so special. From new friendships & creative adventures to laughs, confidence gained, & memories that will last far beyond summer, every day reminded us why this place is so magical.

Another day, another reason to be grateful. 💚

It takes a village to keep North Shore Holiday House running, and we’re incredibly fortunate to have friends like Jack Berleth and Sons in ours.

Whether it’s a planned project or an unexpected repair (and trust us… there are always a few!), they’ve never hesitated to fit us into their schedule at a moment’s notice. Their reliability, generosity, and commitment help keep our camp safe, beautiful, and ready to welcome the girls who call it home each summer.

From all of us at North Shore Holiday House, thank you for always showing up when we need you most. Your kindness and exceptional service make a meaningful difference, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

Our cabins are ready, the counselors are waiting, the activities are set, and camp is buzzing with anticipation for another unforgettable session on the North Shore.

There’s something special about arrival day—the excitement of new friendships, familiar traditions, endless laughter, and all the memories waiting to be made. We can’t wait to welcome each girl through our doors and watch the magic of camp unfold once again.
