HOLIDAY HOUSE is a traditional sleep-away camp. Our campers enjoy a wide range of activities such as swimming, arts and crafts, sports and dance.

We teach them important life skills such as money management nutrition, healthy lifestyles and self-care. Since 1914, thousands of women have dedicated their time, knowledge and hearts to provide camp for over 20,000 young girls in need. A safe haven for many of them coming from challenging circumstances. A magical summer. Our board is entirely run by volunteers, with all proceeds going directly to run the camp! Our two major fundraisers are an Spring Benefit and our Holiday House Tour in December. And we're proud and grateful for many supporters who hosted fundraisers with Holiday House being grateful recipient, such as Hockey Helps and the Ge**er Foundation. We also operate a thrift shop to support our camp, open from September through June.

Last night, thanks to the incredible generosity of Collins Building Services, Inc., Collins Building Services several of our NORTH SHORE HOLIDAY HOUSE campers and their families had the opportunity to experience their first hockey game.

While the evening was filled with firsts, including their first time meeting and getting autographs from Islanders Legend Bryan Trottier, it was not the first time the girls were shown that the NSHH community continues to care for and support them well beyond the summer months.

Partners like CBS help us extend our mission beyond summer camp by creating new experiences, lasting memories, and opportunities for our girls to feel the support of a community that believes in them.

An additional shout out to the CLARK GILLIES FOUNDATION for opening this door and connection for our campers.

More camp days.
More friendships.
More opportunities to shine. 💚🤍

Last night, North Shore Holiday House was honored to receive a grant from The Townwide Fund of Huntington at their Harvest Night event. Their generosity helps fund camp for more Huntington girls, giving them opportunities to build confidence, make friends, & create lasting summer memories.

As longtime supporters of NSHH, their commitment continues to make a meaningful difference.

We are so grateful for their partnership & proud to be part of the Townwide Family.

Thank you for helping our girls grow! 🍁🍂💚🤍
