Naomi is dedicated to helping veterans navigate their transition into the civilian workforce, a mission she knows firsthand. She served over 15 years in the U.S. Navy, holding roles from recruiter to IT supervisor, and even commissioned the USS Gerald R. Ford!

After retiring, she earned her Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management and transitioned her leadership skills into civilian HR. As a veteran, wife, and mother of two, Naomi brings immense empathy, dedication, and purpose to the veterans she serves every day.
