Deputy Messina of the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office, our officer on duty this week, joined our students for lunch and a Q&A! They asked such thoughtful questions, like how long he had to go to school to become a deputy, and it was so fun to hear what they came up with. He even gave each student a gold badge sticker!

We're so thankful for the officers who serve and protect our community every day. Thank you, Deputy Messina, for your time and for making our kids feel so seen! 💛

On this day, we honor the lives lost, the courage of the first responders, and the strength of those whose lives were forever changed.
