The more than 800 members of Houston BOMA create more than $17 billion in annual tax revenues for the City of Houston.

The Houston Building Owners and Managers Association (Houston BOMA) is the premier commercial real estate association in Houston, Texas, providing community, education and advocacy for building owners, managers, engineers and vendors. Houston BOMA members own or manage more than 100 million square feet of commerical properties in Houston and the surrounding area. Our members have 24-hour a day responsibility for the safety, physical well-being and security of thousands of people housed in office buildings managed by this industry.

Houston BOMA members traded their desks for downtown sidewalks on a guided bus tour through the city's vibrant mural scene 🎨 Attendees got an up close look at larger than life artwork and hidden creative gems, learning the stories and artists behind each piece along the way. The tour also wove in downtown landmarks and history, giving members a richer appreciation for how Houston's art and architecture tell a story together.

It was a fun, interactive way for industry professionals to connect while experiencing a different side of Downtown Houston 🖼️

Our members gathered for a night of global ‘Toasting and Tasting’ to celebrate our 2026 Annual Partners, honoring the companies whose support powers our programs and events all year long! Guests enjoyed lite bites and beverages inspired by flavors from around the world, along with plenty of time to connect, unwind, and celebrate 🥂🌍

Our latest Women in BOMA event brought thoughtful reflection and hands on creativity together for one memorable evening 🕯️

Leadership coach Erica Noll opened with a keynote on Conscious Endurance: Navigating Uncertainty Without Losing Yourself, sharing tools for staying grounded and leading with intention.

Guests then unwound with a candle making happy hour, choosing their own scents and creating candles to take home while connecting with fellow members.

Session IV of Leadership Lyceum brought our emerging professionals together for a great conversation on Building Designations with our TOBY Award winners 🏆

They explored how certifications and recognition initiatives can boost your property's image and why that matters for professional growth and team cohesion. Then they heard directly from TOBY recipients before wrapping up with a guided tour of the building.

Houston BOMA members and guests traded blazers for boots at this year's Summer Social: Boots, Bulls & BOMA, held at Austin's Backyard 🤠

Between turns on the mechanical bull and spins on the dance floor, guests also came together for a good cause, collecting 971 individual item donations for our Community Impact Partner, 419 Emancipation 🧦

Houston BOMA members and guests recently toured JPMorgan Chase Tower, the 75 story Downtown Houston landmark and the tallest office building in the city 🏙️

The tour highlighted the property's significant transformation, including a newly renovated lobby with gathering and collaboration spaces, updated amenities throughout, and views from one of the highest vantage points in Houston.

For the second year in a row, Houston BOMA is bringing home the trophy 🏆

At this year's Co****le Clash with Institute of Real Estate Management, Houston Chapter, our winning team from Hines, David Smith and Pierre Perez, defended the title in style. The event raised $20,000 for educational scholarships, which will be split between BOMA and IREM. That's double last year's total, and a true reflection of what this community is made of 🙌
