Our San Antonio clinic was proud to sponsor and attend Rustic Ranch Equine Assisted Therapy Annual BBQ Event!

We enjoyed connecting with community members, sharing resources and supporting Rustic Ranch's mission to promote healing, resilience and connection through equine-assisted wellness programs for Veterans, first responders and their families.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our table and to the Rustic Ranch team for hosting such a meaningful event. We are honored to partner with organizations that are dedicated to strengthening mental wellness and supporting our community. Together, we can make a positive impact and help individuals find the support they need to thrive.

Last night, Rustic Ranch had the privilege of attending Alamo AFCEA W2MF’s Constellation of Care event. This is an evening that brings together nonprofit organizations committed to serving the military community.

It was such an honor to be in a room filled with people and organizations who share a genuine commitment to service.

The Wounded Warrior and Military Families (W2MF) Endowment was established to provide financial support to wounded warriors, veterans, and military families through community-based programs and outreach. Rustic Ranch is proud to have been a previous recipient of that support.

Organizations like Alamo AFCEA make it possible for grassroots nonprofits like ours to continue showing up, growing our programs, and serving those who have served.

To Jeff, Chris, and the entire Alamo AFCEA community, THANK YOU for investing in this work and for your continued commitment to our military community.

What a night!

Our 4th Annual BBQ Fundraiser was a reminder of just how powerful community can be.

Because of your generosity, we raised over $2,000 yesterday! Every ticket purchased, donation made, volunteer hour given, and word of encouragement goes a long way in helping us continue our mission of supporting veterans, first responders, and their families.

We are especially grateful to VFW Post 7108 for once again opening their doors to us and providing the space to bring everyone together. Your continued support allows us to create an event that feels less like a fundraiser and more like a gathering of friends, family, and community.

To our sponsors, donors, volunteers, musicians, vendors, and every person who came out to spend the evening with us: THANK YOU. We truly could not do this work without you!

Four years of BBQs. Four years of community showing up. And we’re just getting started 🤠

September 11th left a mark on our country that extends far beyond that single day. We remember the lives lost, the families forever changed, those who ran toward danger, and the men and women who answered the call to serve in the years that followed.

At Rustic Ranch, remembrance is more than looking back. It is part of why we continue to serve.

We exist to honor the sacrifices, care for those still carrying the aftermath, and help build hope for what comes next. For veterans, first responders, and their families, the effects of service and sacrifice do not always end when the mission does.

Today, may we remember not only what divided our history into a before and after, but also what brought us together in the aftermath.
