We also recommend becoming a friend on our Upsilon Eta Zeta profile page. We look forward to growing with you and within the Mon Valley! Chapter Introduction:
Upsilon Eta Zeta chapter is a graduate chapter chartered in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. It is based in California, PA; however, we provide service to Duquesne, McKeesport, Clairton, and other the Mon Valley areas. Upsilon Eta Zeta Chapter was originally chartered on March 11, 2005. Sadly, the chapter went dormant five years later. In the spring of 2014, Immediate Past State Director, Barbara Cousar, asked for assistance from Lambda Lambda Zeta Chapter in reactivating Upsilon Eta Zeta Chapter. Five Sorors answered the call. We will continue to focus on uplifting communities in the areas surrounding the Mon Valley through service, promoting scholarship at every level in the educational system, and exemplifying Sisterhood and Finer Womanhood in everything we do. As we move forward, we will continue to answer the call of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., through creating partnerships in Southwestern PA and across the Mon Valley communities while implementing the needed service while creating new paths as we grow within our chapter.
