Redd Reef Offshore Open The Redd Reef Offshore Open is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit fishing tournament based in Charleston, South Carolina.

Founded in memory of Captain David Redd, the tournament raises funds to support marine conservation through the SC Memorial Reef.
