FEA Ministries was founded in 1946 by H. He envisioned a place in South Florida where winter residents could be encouraged and sustained in their Christian walk. French, his wife Geraldine, his sister Frances, and Florida residents James and Ella Zuch took twenty-eight acres of wild wetlands and carved out a campus which today houses a mission organization,
a year-round community, an annual camp, a Bible college and academy, and a church. FEA Ministries is located in Hobe Sound, Florida, thirty miles north of West Palm Beach. It is the parent organization for Hope International Missions, Sea Breeze Community, and Sea Breeze Camp. The property borders the Intracoastal Waterway and is one mile from the Atlantic Ocean. Hobe Sound Bible Church and Hobe Sound Bible College and Christian Academy share the campus but are separate entities. FEA Ministries adheres to the conservative Wesleyan-Armenian doctrinal position but is not affiliated with any denomination.
