Introducing & Developing fastpitch since 1962 We are so excited to start our upcoming 2024 season🥎🥎

-HGS BOARD

Hobart Girls Softball is a not-for-profit organization that has been fulfilling girls' softball ambitions since 1962. We have a team of dedicated board members who are working hard to ensure that our organization continues to serve our community's needs. Our girls' softball league is an essential part of our community, and we believe it adds immense value to the lives of the girls who play and the community as a whole. Playing softball is not just about learning a sport; it is about building lasting friendships, developing sportsmanship, and creating a sense of community.

HGS Fall Fest was a huge success! Days and night like this is what makes all the countless hours leading up to it so much more worth it.

First off let's thank our board members Jeff Damron and Dom St John for making our haunted house such a success! They put in countless hours cleaning up the barn and designing the routes and hallways! Thank you to their wives Courtney Damron and Kayla St John for decorating the haunted house with them once it was built. Our success tonight would not be possible with out the four of you and the amount of time and work you guys sacrifice for us ❤️

Let's also thank our board member Cayla Jansky! She has been a huge addition to our team and is not afraid to step out of the box and make us try new things and get us out of our comfort zone! The idea originally started as just a trunk or treat and her out of the box mind turned it into this huge fall fest that will hopefully become an annual event!

We also have to thank all of the community from our volunteer trunk or treaters, to our volunteer haunted house scare team, to the Hobart Police Department and Hobart Fire Department. All of our awesome vendors who always go all in really showed up for us today! Thank you for making our wild ideas come too life!

Thank you to everyone else that donated candy, donated hay for our hayride, and donated wood for our haunted house.

Thank you to all of our teams for selling pies through our Marilyn Bakery fundraiser. The team that sold the most pies got to pie their coaches in the face and team Pumpkin Spice came out on top!

Thank you to our families, friends, parents, and coaches! Without all of you we would not have this backdrop that was a huge hit! We would not have this crazy, fun, exciting environment that our girls can come and feel safe and comfortable! We would not have the fog machines, lights, or decorations in our haunted house!

We literally just want to thank everyone! And sorry if we missed anything but there's way too many to name but we love you all ❤️ we have said once and we have said it again. This is not just softball, this is a family! 💪🍁🥎
