International Allied Missions (IAM) has taken dozens of medical trips to serve thousands of Haitians. With a permanent medical clinic, however, tens of thousands of Haitians could receive medical care that is both trustworthy and affordable. Our goal is to build a medical facility that enables year round medical and surgical care, dental practice, vision testing, and pharmaceutical reso
urces. We envision not just yearly trips, but a constant cycle of medical staff treating those in need. In Haiti, 60% of the population lacks even the most basic of health care services. There are very few government sponsored clinics and a ratio of 1 doctor to every 10,000 Haitians. Our mission is to empower indigenous leaders in the developing world with the teaching, training, and tools they need to bring hope to their communities in Jesus' name. By building a permanent clinic in Haiti, we will be able to train native Haitians to sustain the type of medical treatment that is so desperately needed.
