Waverly Strong Nooga Cares Created by a group of individuals from Humphreys County that are now members of the Black Creek neighborhood in Chattanooga, TN.

In response to the catastrophic flooding in Waverly, we are organizing ways for people in Chattanooga to help.

Thanks to everyone in Chattanooga who donated items that went to Waverly. We were able to send a tractor trailer load of furniture and other home goods and we have more to send! Special thanks to Jenny Rogers, Harry Lee Riddle, Lynn Aucoin Riddle, Maggie Prugh McCallie, Mike McCallie, Chuck Daniels and Horizon Stone. Waverly still needs our help. Stay tuned!

Following flooding that killed 20 people in Waverly, TN, in late August, volunteers from the AFL-CIO Tennessee are aiding rebuilding efforts.
