We are THRILLED to welcome Ayanna Lee to the team as our Office of Cultural Affairs Summer Intern! Ayanna is a senior at Hilton Head Island High School. You may meet her at one of our arts or cultural events this summer as she collects audience surveys for our economic impact study.

In addition to the survey collecting, she’s been busy touring local organizations, meeting arts and culture leaders, sharing information with our visitors, and learning more about our incredible cultural experiences we have here on the Island.

Thank you to all the organizations, artists, and community members who’ve already shared their time with Ayanna. As you can imagine, we will keep her busy this summer!

The Art League of Hilton Head is once again partnering with Sea Turtle Patrol HHI to host a special exhibit featuring sea turtle creations using mixed media art. Art will be for sale and there will be a raffle of this work of Richard Grant's. See the hatchlings and the emergence hole in the sand? WOW, this is gorgeous!
The exhibit is called “Halfway Home,” since we’ll be in the middle of sea turtle season. Exhibit dates are July 21-31 (weekdays only), with a closing reception on July 31, 5-7 pm, at Art League Academy located at 106 Cordillo Parkway.
