Native Island Business and Community Affairs Association NIBCAA was started by a group of minority business owners and community leaders.

The founding members created the organization to foster economic development opportunities and improve the quality of life for the Hilton Head Island community at-large.

🎉Applications are now open! 🎉 SCORE SC Lowcountry is kicking off it's 2022 Minority Small Business Program by offering awards up to $2,500 to minority-owned businesses! Applications will be available now through October 7, 2022.

You qualify if your business is...

✅ Minority Owned (51%+)
African American, Hispanic or Latino, Asian, Native American– with ≤ 25 employees

✅ In SCORE SC Lowcountry’s service area
Beaufort, Colleton, Hampton or Jasper counties

✅ Registered SC Business
Registered in or has a business license in South Carolina

✅ Attend Orientation Workshop*
If all above criteria are met, applicant is required to attend an orientation workshop (in person or virtually)
