🎨 VENDORS WANTED! 🛍️

Calling all local crafters, vintage collectors, and artisans! The Stone Arch Players are holding our Annual Harvest Fest on October 3rd at American Legion Post #59 in Hillsboro, NH.

We are looking for a diverse mix of vendors with unique items—perfect for locals getting a head start on holiday shopping! Vintage, antiques, collectibles, flea market-style, etc.

UPDATE! This amazing community came through and we’re so grateful for the trailer use. Thank you!!

We need HELP! Anyone willing to lend a trailer? 🙏

For those who don’t know, Stone Arch Players is a non-profit run 100% on donations and volunteers. We raise all the money for our sets and props and sometimes that means scouring the earth for deals.

That was the case with the perfect bar for our Gatsby production! We found it (and the generous soul that let us have it for a steal!), now we need to get our volunteers there with a trailer to pick it up in Pelham. It’s five pieces and heavy so our one pickup truck just won’t cut it.

We currently do not have access to a trailer. Do you have one we can borrow?

We could also go with two trucks if one of our volunteers reads this and has another pickup. We’re looking to do this Tuesday or Wednesday evening or AM Thursday or Friday next week.

Thanks for all you do to help us! We wouldn’t be nearly as successful without your help!

🎭If you’ve always wanted to be on stage without the stress of memorizing lines, this is your moment! You’ll get to dress up, light up the stage in our lavish party scenes, and be part of an unforgettable show.

Commitment: Just a few rehearsals + 2 brief stage appearances per show

Stone Arch Players is creating the playbill cover for our upcoming production of “Great Gatsby: The Golden Mirage” by Kimberly Damboise — and we want YOUR artwork on the front. Stone Arch Players commit to always using local art on playbills and it’s your turn to show us what you’ve got!

We’re looking for Gatsby‑themed art in any medium (painting, digital, sketch, collage, mixed media — all welcome).
Size: 8.5x11 to be reduced to about 4”x6”
Format: PDF or JPEG preferred

Special thanks to Linda Davison for the yoga instruction, the Society for the Protection of New Hampshire Forests for allowing us to use this breathtaking location, and the Board and Volunteers of Stone Arch Players, NH for hauling everything up the mountain and organizing this awesome event.

Excited to see Everyone tomorrow at our very first “Destination Yoga Event” at High Five Reservation in Deering! 🧘🏽🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

Bring your yoga mat/towel and your water bottle. We’ll have a free refill station and snacks at the top.

Meet in the parking area and our instructor Linda will guide us to the top together. Parking is limited so carpooling is encouraged. More parking details ⬇️
