Hark-ALS helped an ALS patient with a lift chair. I received this email from her today
Hi Donna - I just wanted you to know I received the check and just paid off the lift chair. I don't really know how else to thank you. You saved me is no understatement. The lift chair is the only place I can sit and sleep outside of a wheelchair. I am beyond grateful for your help. Thank you for helping me again.

Hark-ALS helped an ALS family to catch up on some past due bills. I got this email from them today.

Dear Donna,
Thank you so much for once again rescuing Bob and I from a pressing and difficult situation. We are beyond grateful and are very thankful to you and the legacy your dad has left behind to help other people with ALS. One day I hope to give back to other families that struggle with not only this disease but the financial burdens that unfortunately go along with terminal disease.
Thank you again for your generosity. We are very aware of how difficult many families struggle and because of this we are even more appreciative of this gift.
