To the driver who waited 7 extra seconds before passing…

Thank you.
No revving.
No punishment pass.
No screaming.
No “GET ON THE SIDEWALK.”

Just patience.

You probably forgot about it instantly.
But cyclists remember kindness for YEARS.

One small moment of space can completely restore someone’s faith in humanity.

Give space.
Save lives.
Be unforgettable in the best way.

Hey drivers, you’ve got a kill switch in your hands. A bike can’t crush a family—your distraction can. Put the phone down, mute the video, look up. Slow down. Pay attention. Someone’s loved one is riding right beside you. 3 Feet Please.

Every rider ahead is a family member, a partner, a child. A few extra feet and seconds can mean the difference between safety and tragedy. Slow down, give space, choose patience—let’s arrive safely together.

The organisers of the Giro d’Italia have made an unusual plea to riders, reminding them that it is “strictly prohibited” to urinate in bottles and toss them to the roadside.

The message came at the bottom of the jury report following Sunday’s ninth stage, which was won by Jonas Vingegaard (Visma-Lease a Bike) in C***o alle Scale.

Simply titled ‘statement’, it read: “To respect the image of cycling and the Giro d’Italia, the Organiser and the Commissaires’ Panel inform all riders that urinating into a bottle and subsequently discarding it is strictly prohibited.”

Kindness is Contagious

💛 One kind driver creates a ripple effect.

When you slow down for a cyclist, give space, or wave someone through safely, people notice.

Road culture changes one interaction at a time.

Let’s build streets where people feel safe enough to ride, walk, and connect with their community again. 🚲✨

Yesterday, Senate Bill 26-072, a bill that will help hold dangerous drivers accountable who hit and kill other people, passed the House and was sent to the Governor for his signature. Many people worked tirelessly over many years (dating back to 2019) to help make this happen. Over this time, far too many lives have been lost. To all the families who have lost loved ones to traffic violence and worked tirelessly to pass this law, thank you! We are honored to stand with you to advocate for safe streets.

We’re also grateful to AAA Colorado, Bike Jeffco, MADD Colorado, Thewhiteline.org, and the law enforcement community. Your thought partnership and advocacy helped make this happen. Lastly, thank you to Senators John Carson and Marc Snyder for your leadership, and Representatives Cecilia Espinoza and Bob Marshal for shepherding the bill through the House.
