Our pantry is officially out of cereal for our Family Grocery Program, and we need your help to fill the shelves again! 🥣

Here are 3 easy ways to help:

🛒 Shop & Drop — Pick up a box (or two!) and drop it in our 24-hour donation bin.

💙 Let Us Shop — A $4 donation provides a box of cereal for a family.

📦 Shop & Ship — Order from our Amazon Wish List and have it shipped directly to us.

We had an amazing time at the Western Welcome Week Grand Parade, celebrating the incredible Littleton community!

For Backpack Society, being part of events like this is about connecting with the community we serve and giving our Student Ambassadors, volunteers, and team a chance to share our mission.

And we had even more to celebrate… we won awards for both our float AND our walkers!

🥫 All food donations are welcome, the most needed items are Mac&Cheese, Pasta, Pasta Sauce, Granola Bars, Peanut Butter, Jelly and Saltine or Ritz Crackers.

Ice cream + community + giving back = a pretty sweet evening! 🍦

A huge thank you to Highlands Ranch Metro District for inviting us to be part of the Highlands Ranch Ice Cream Social! For just $3, attendees enjoyed all-you-can-eat ice cream, with all proceeds benefiting Backpack Society and the local children and families we serve.

Our incredible Student Ambassadors represented us throughout the evening, sharing our mission and connecting with local families. We are so proud of the way they continue to show up and represent Backpack Society in our community!

A big THANK YOU to our friends from To The Rescue Colorado for spending time with us at Backpack Society! 💚

To The Rescue supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them build independence, connections, and meaningful experiences within their community.

Recently, several of their clients joined us in the pantry to learn about Backpack Society and give back by helping pack Family Grocery Boxes for local families.

We’re grateful for opportunities like this that bring local organizations together and give everyone a chance to make a difference. Thank you, To The Rescue, for being part of our Backpack Society community!
