Manna Resource Center MRC exists to break down barriers to self-sufficiency and mental wellness.

Through holistic programs, community connection, and collaborative support, cycles will be broken, families will be strengthened, and lives will be transformed. Manna Resource Center connects individuals and families in Douglas County and the surrounding area to valuable resources; as well as provides individual coaching, mental wellness, educational opportunities to learn and grow, and spaces to build community.

Our Manna Empowerment Cohort is a 4-month recurring program offering community, connection, and identity development courses for our neighbors.

This Cohort's theme is "Uncharted" because true empowerment isn't about having all the answers. It's about trusting your ability to navigate the next chapter.

MRC's Nurturing Fathers Program launches today!

The Nurturing Fathers Program is an 11-week, commitment-based initiative developed through the Community Needs Assessment. This program is designed to help men develop nurturing skills, positive discipline techniques, and stronger relationships with children.

Mark Perlman, the Owner/Author of the Nurturing Fathers Program, states, “A nurturing father is a man who actively provides guidance, love, and support to enhance the development and growth of children for whom he cares."

Our next Parent Café is coming up on August 25th, and we would love to have you join us! 🫂 This is a recurring event happening every 2nd and 4th Tuesdays.

Parent Café is a welcoming space where parents can enjoy a filling meal, engage in meaningful conversations, gain insights, and build connections with fellow caregivers.

Child care is provided for children up to age 12.
