In 1997, WithIt was founded as a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the belief that women should play a major role in the growth and future of the home and furnishings industries. Now in our second decade, WithIt is the best network in the home and furnishings industries existing to encourage and develop education, mentoring, and leadership opportunities for women - a critical talent pool. Objectives: To recognize, connect and support women who have achieved top leadership. To mentor, teach and encourage those who aspire to grow their leadership, while providing the opportunity for networking and the support needed in our careers. We are so proud to announce that WithIt has awarded 17 students with academic scholarship funds to pursue education in the home and furnishings industry!

This year's scholarship designations have marked WithIt as the top distributor of scholarships for careers that feed the home and furnishings industry! The WithIt Scholarship Foundation, a 501 (C)(3), has awarded over $310,000 to students pursuing degrees that would logically lead to careers in the home and furnishings industries. These diverse scholarship recipients from over 24 universities across the country have remained in the home industries at a rate of 94%.
