IDS Chapter Spotlight: IDS Atlanta ✨
On September 9, IDS Atlanta hosted, “Limestone Demystified” hosted by Paris Ceramics.
IDS Atlanta wrapped up a fantastic CEU Lunch & Learn at the Paris Ceramics Showroom in ADAC West, and the room was buzzing with the kind of energy that only comes from great stone and great company.
The speaker, Brillianna Barlow of Paris Ceramics' Southeast Region, led a 60-minute deep-dive into limestone as a building material, covering everything from how it's formed and fabricated to selecting quality stone for floors, countertops, columns, and mantels. Attendees left with practical guidance on setting proper client expectations for installation and long-term care, plus a front-row seat to a hands-on durability test that put sealed limestone through its paces.
Beyond the education, the afternoon included a guided showroom tour and a tile pattern customization showcase, giving members a close-up look at the possibilities limestone brings to both interior and exterior design.
