The Caring Foundation of Montana CFMT works to ensure all Montanans have access to preventative health care services, regardless of insurance coverage or ability to pay.

Through partnerships and sponsors across Montana, CFMT provides these services at low or no cost to individuals.

We are partnering with the Fallon County Health Department, who are providing vision screenings and immunizations at the schools in Baker and Plevna!
