All programs specifically target academic educational success, hard work, as well as, personal achievements and community responsibility and awareness. All of our programs and services teach critical thinking skills, life, social and comprehensive communication skills based on the horse language. We help girls overcome various obstacles and behavior issues in their lives that keep them from achieving educational and personal success. Through the horses and our programs, girls learn critical thinking skills, conflict resolution, basic living skills as well as goal setting, academic achievement, and community volunteerism. We set a standard and mold leadership in each girl we serve. An emphasis is placed on empowering young girls through hard work, work ethic, leadership, goal setting and educational achievement through work scholarships. All of programs are vital in helping girls overcome obstacles and hindrances from either past trauma and wrong choices and encourages and strengthens them to set standards and goals to achieve life successes. These programs in turn strengthen the communities in which they live, go to school or work.
