You are everything we could hope for in a prevention educator. You are passionate, compassionate, dedicated, and always willing to fight hard for survivors and for a safer community. Your passion for this work does not go unnoticed. We see it, our community sees it, and we are so grateful for the heart you bring to this work every single day.

💚 We are incredibly honored and grateful! 💚

On Saturday, Double Kwik presented The Rising Center with a $2,000 award through their “60 Grand for 60 Grand Years” Local Hero celebration! 🎉

Being recognized as a Local Hero means so much to our team. Every day, we have the privilege of walking alongside survivors, providing advocacy, therapy, education, prevention, and support throughout the communities we serve.

This generous $2,000 gift will help us continue providing resources and support to survivors while strengthening our work across Eastern Kentucky.

A huge THANK YOU to Double Kwik for investing in local organizations and recognizing the work happening right here in our communities. We are so grateful to be chosen and even more grateful for the survivors and communities who trust us every day. 💚
